Terms of service
These terms govern your purchase in this store, operated under the brand Fotimanes. The full details of the seller are at the bottom of this page and in our legal notice.
How a purchase works
You choose the product, add it to the cart, complete the payment process and receive a confirmation email. That email is the moment the contract is formed, not the click on "Buy".
We may refuse or cancel an order for a justified reason (a payment that is not authorised, an obvious pricing error, a destination we cannot ship to). If that happens, we tell you and refund the full amount.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from euros. For customers in Spain and the European Union, prices include VAT; for other countries, taxes apply according to the rules of the destination and may be added at payment or on import.
Shipping is charged separately, according to our shipping policy. Obvious typographical pricing errors are not binding.
Payment
We accept the main cards and the usual digital wallets, processed through the encrypted Shopify checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Returns and guarantee
Your 14 day right of withdrawal (which we extend to 30) and the 3 year legal guarantee are detailed in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product information
The product on sale in this store is the Kit of 9 fridge magnets for photos and drawings. The box includes 9 clear acrylic squares of 4.8 × 4.6 cm with their adhesive layer and 9 magnetic sheets with their backing; nothing else is included. The kit comes with blank magnets: it does not include photos or drawings. It is suitable for ages 8 and up, according to the manufacturer. Use it following the instructions in the box.
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen depending on the device. Photographs are illustrative.

Acceptable use
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. It is not allowed to: use it to break the law or infringe anyone rights; harass or disrespect our team or other customers; upload malicious software; copy, extract or crawl parts of the store with bots or automated tools; impersonate another person; or attempt to bypass our security measures.
If you do any of that, we may suspend or close your access. We will tell you the reason, and it will not affect any order you have already paid for.
Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, a photo, an idea or a suggestion, it stays yours and you give us permission to use and publish it in connection with our products and our communications. You confirm that it is yours and that it does not infringe anyone rights.
We may refuse or withdraw unlawful, offensive or misleading content. We are not obliged to publish or to reply to what you send us.
Errors
Every now and then something on the website may contain a mistake: an incorrect price, a wrong description or an availability error. We may correct it and, if it affects your order, we contact you and you choose: continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
Our liability
We are liable for the loss you suffer as a foreseeable consequence of us breaching this contract or failing to act with due care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss you could reasonably have avoided.
Nothing said here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for wilful misconduct, for the legal guarantee of conformity, or for any other right the law grants you as a consumer that cannot be limited.
If part of these terms is not valid
If any clause turns out to be void or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. And if we do not enforce something immediately, that does not mean we waive the right to do so later.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed the order.

Complaints and applicable law
Write to us first: most things are resolved in a single email. Spanish law applies to these terms. As a consumer you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you.
If we do not reach an agreement, you can go to the municipal consumer information office (OMIC) of your town or to the consumer body of your autonomous region.
